Kash is a personal finance app that helps you track accounts, transactions, and investments. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your choices.
Kash stores your financial data (accounts, transactions, categories, and settings) locally on your device. This includes information you enter, such as account names, balances, transaction amounts, dates, and notes.
If you enable optional notification-based transaction capture on Android, the app may read notification content to detect transaction details. This data is processed on-device and stored locally.
We do not collect or transmit personal or financial data to our servers. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties.
All data is used solely to provide app features, including: • Tracking accounts and balances • Recording transactions and recurring payments • Displaying insights, charts, and net worth • Managing credit card and investment details
All data is stored locally on your device using an on-device database. There is no cloud sync in the current version.
Kash may request the following permissions: • Notification access (Android, optional): to detect transactions from notifications • Storage access (if you export backups or files, optional)
These permissions are used only for the requested features and are optional.
You can: • Add, edit, or delete your data at any time • Disable notification access from system settings • Uninstall the app to remove all local data
Kash is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
